- Admission in all the course will be made as per the rule /instructions of Punjabi University, Patiala.
- Principal has the discretion to cancel/refuse admission to any student.
- Each candidate shall fill up the admission form neatly in her own handwriting.
- The following self attested documents are to be attached with admission form 3 latest passport size coloured photographs are to be pasted at the specified places. 1 Photograph is to be attached loose with the for Matriculation Certificate Detailed Marks Card of the qualifying examination. Character Certificate from the Principal of the Institution/ college last attended Migration certificate if, last degree has not be done from Punjab School Education Board or Punjabi University, Patiala. However, Migration Certificate can be submitted within one month of admission.
- The Reservation of seats will be as per Punjabi University/Government of Punjab rules. A student claims seat reserves for the rural area must belonging to rural area and have to provide rural area certificate.
- Admission obtained on the basis of misstatement or fake documents or hiding of matric information can lead to rustication from the college.
- No students with a gap of more than 2 years will be admitted.
- The students who qualify on the basis of supplementary examination can be admitted on regular basis during the next session.
- Students barred by the University for any Reason cannot be admitted.
- Admissions will be provisional till the approval by the university.
- Fees once deposited will not be refunded after two weeks of the commencement of studies.
- Name of the students remaining absent from the classes for 10 days will be struck off. She can be re-admitted only once during a session.
- This prospectus is not a legal document and any rule can be changed by the principal by notifying it on the notice board.
- A student having passed the qualifying examination from any institution outside the state will have to present her Eligibility and Migration Certificate.
